This Privacy Policy describes how The Landscaper Crew ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or submit our contact or quote forms.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form or quote form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, project address, project details, approximate budget, and any photos you choose to upload. We also automatically collect basic usage data when you browse the site, such as which pages you visit and general device/browser information, through the analytics tools described below.
Our quote form is provided by Jobber, our scheduling and customer-management platform (see Section 6). When you submit that form, Jobber collects and stores your information on our behalf so we can follow up with your quote.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a project quote, schedule and perform services, and communicate with you about your project. We use website usage data to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Photos & Video
Photos you upload through our forms are used to understand your project and prepare your quote. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing as described in our Terms & Conditions, and you can ask us not to use photos of your property at any time.
4. Calls & Text Messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, scheduling, and project. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing texts unless you have separately agreed to receive them, and we do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and how visitors interact with our pages, including which links, phone numbers, and forms are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and may collect information such as your IP address and browsing behavior on this site. Our embedded quote-request form (Section 6) may also set cookies needed to run and process that form. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality. See our Cookie Policy for full details, including why we don't currently use a cookie-consent banner.
6. Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that work: Base44 (website hosting and our contact-form database), Google (website analytics), Jobber (our online quote form, plus scheduling, invoicing, and payments once you're a customer), and email and text-message delivery providers. When you submit our online quote form, Jobber processes that submission as our service provider — we access and manage it inside our own Jobber account, and Jobber's own Privacy Policy describes how they handle it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
8. Your Choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@thelandscapercrew.com or calling (682) 238-0383. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this website, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking landscaping services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is used, contact us at contact@thelandscapercrew.com or (682) 238-0383.
